Has Anyone Rebuilt A Door ? Or Built A New One ?, Entry Door

I've noticed that the door on my camper has been dragging on the bottom against the door frame... I took the door off and took it to my shop to take it apart.
I found that the wood near the bottom of the door had some rot.... Yesterday after looking at the door again, I think I'm going to build a new door and take out the bottom window... When I build a new door, I plan to build a much stronger door! I don't like how they make these doors from the factory... There isn't much wood at all in them, and the rest is styrofoam... I know they build these like that to cut down on weight, But I believe they should build the doors with a little more wood in them!.. IMHO! I looked up new doors on the Internet and couldn't believe the doors was $1,000 dollars + shipping... No way would I buy a new door! LOL! Here's a few pictures of my door.... So, Has anyone rebuilt one ??. Or built a new door ?? Thanks!    -------------------- . . . .

I built a new door, Because the one that came on it from the factory was just to poorly built.
I'll start a new thread and post some pictures. -------------------- . . . .
