Hi all

New to forum. I will be moving back to Alaska soon and have been stationed there before. I know the effects that the extreme cold can have on materials and systems. I used to take my travel trailer with sleds after I winterized it and just bring couple 5 gal water containers in cab, but the heater could never seem to "catch up" and ran (loudly) all the time.

My question is ...can Arctic Fox truck campers stand up to -40 degrees? Slides are def out I suspect. Thanks for any real world experiences/info.

**Trick - Propane stops flowing around -40 so a way to keep it going is to get a bunch of Hot Hands hand warmer packets with adhesive backings (for shoes/toes) place on blanket and secure around your propane tank. Propane will start flowing again after a while. Its not an enduring fix but it will get ya out of a bind if you get caught in unexpected cold snap.

Hope it helps.
