I am fairly new to truck camping and have, so far, spent a good amount of time off road. Have replaced the OEM tires with tires rated LT and about a 2,500/lb per tire capacity. Will this increased capacity increase my GVW calculations?

No, you are stuck with your original GVWR. The LT tires will help handling the weight better.
The camper in your sig is 1735lbs dry, with no options. Add in a few basic options, all you stuff, full propane and few necessary options and you will be near 2500lbs if not more. Subtract everything in your truck(passengers and stuff), from you payload add in the camper and you will be over GVWR and payload on an F-150. You can probably do it, but performance will be marginal. That camper would be a perfect match for a F-250. -------------------- 2011, F-350,CC,DRW,6.7,4WD
