Since time was very short before we took our truck camper on the road this summer, I did not have time to go through it as I normally do our RVs. And buying it used meant there was a lot that needed "going through".
Tonight I am cleaning silicone sealant off the roof anywhere it is not already falling off. I just can't believe anyone still tries to use silicone sealant on RV roofs. Any approved sealant is fine, Dicor is great, any of it's direct competitors are good. Even acrylic from Lowes or Home Depot holds up pretty well, but silicone never. What a pain! Steve |
