Has anyone ever run out of black water tank capacity. Would a 15 gallon tank capacity last for at least 2 weeks?

Right, the grey water is the one I am always filling. When my wife and I go on a long weekend, I am always looking for a dump station. Has any one had any experience with an auxiliary holding tank?
