I just bought a 1989 9.5 with a rotton floor i just finisht toataly gutting out [that took a day & half]the floor it was rotton near the front by the fresh water tank it looks like it leaked at the sensor terminals rite from day one. I was going to repair the front area but when I got the lino off the wood was bad the whole floor. so now I have a major on my hands,I can do the job sounds like you can too ,if you would have to hire it out it would bee expensive how much do they want for it? dont pay too much.
