Tailgate harness, Wiring connector

I’ve got a 2017 F350. When I remove the tailgate, to load my truck camper, there are (3) connections inside the tailgate that I unplug and pull all the wiring back to the truck. It’s a real painful, time consuming process. Is it possible to add a connector that joins the wires outside of the tailgate? Does anyone know of anyone who could do this?

I searched for this but didn’t find it, I apologize if this has been discussed, and resolved, previously. By the way, I’m in Georgia.
