2021 palomino ss1500 doesn't fit f350, has any one else had a problem

Help I have a 2016 f350 dually and ordered a palomino ss 1500 with the dually swing brackets .picked I t up and the front jacks won't clear the fenders .dealer was able to add a second set of swing brackets just to get it on the truck so I could get back home .now I am dealing with palomino to fix the problem. has any one else had this problem .I had and attic fox 990 on had no problem
