> COG, What’s too far?

Type and Brand of Truck(s) Owned: 2021 Ford F350 dually 4x4
Type of Tiedowns used: Torklift
Truck and Camper Setup: 2013 Eagle Cap 950 with HappiJac jacks, Torklift tie downs, 400 watts of solar and 250 amp hrs of lithium batteries.



Looking at an Arctic Fox 1140 with a COG marked at 55.25” which puts the COG about 2” beyond my rear axle. Top that with two heavy electric bikes on the hitch.

I see COG’s of 60+”s on the side entry Host’s and Lance’s…how are those ever suited for a 14K GVWR modern day dually? Must we all drive chassis cabs?

Am I worrying about nothing?
