We're going on the road full-time!! Which is exciting. But it also means we need to graduate to a travel trailer. So we're selling our amazing, totally refurbished 1973 American Road Camper.

This was our home on wheels when we drove from Alaska to East Tennessee almost 2 yrs ago. We had it on our F350 Superduty V10 crew cab 4x4 which we equipped with torklift tie downs, sway bar, airbags, steering stabilizer, super hitch and brake controller (since we also towed an 8ft cargo trailer).

There's a for sale post on TinyHouseListings with more photos and specs.
Here: http://tinyhouselistings.com/rare-retro-modern-camper/
(we posted that ad last year, then decided not to sell so we could enjoy it over the summer)

The ad is only for the camper, but we *can* include the fully equipped truck for the right deal (it's our daily driver, so that'll take some shuffling. but it's still totally workable).

We may even be able to deliver it if you live within a 10ish hour drive of us (we're in east TN).

Here are a few details copied from the ad:

:: It sleeps 4 with a full sized bed in the cab-over section and a click-clack futon in the dining area. Removing the table is super fast and simple.

:: The cab-over area has plenty of head room for a full-grown adult to comfortably sit up. It’s essentially a loft bed. The bed up there is 54″ x 74″ and really comfy.

:: It has a complete kitchen with a deep, two-compartment sink, four-burner oven, stove, stove vent, 4.5 cu ft refrigerator and a microwave. There’s even decent counter space and tons of cabinet space.

:: The bathroom…yes, that says bathroom…has a small sink, mirror/medicine cabinet, updated toilet and shower.

:: The water tanks: 22 gallon fresh water tank, 6 gallon hot water heater, 22 gallon waste holding tank.

:: It has a new Suburban forced-air heater that stood up to sub-zero temps in Alaska without batting an eyelash.

:: It’s completely self-contained. The lights, plumbing, everything works when dry camping. And would be ideal for living off grid.

:: It’s really roomy! The interior floor space is almost 12ft long x about 6ft wide.

:: It’s sunny! There are tons of windows and roof vents that let in lots of wonderful light. The new, updated cabinets are a light colored wood to make the most of all that light.

:: It’s completely updated and move-in ready. Which is huge! If you *can* find a Ford American Road Camper for sale, they’re typically gutted and in need of extensive remodeling and repairs. Ours is beautiful, fully functional and ready to be your home or home-away-from-home.

If your interested or curious, direct message me or contact us via the TinyHouse ad. smile.gif
