Hey Spanky,

I'm certainly no expert or could even be considered an apprentice, however, I found upon installing mine, that my 12v battery was too old and too small and did the exact same thing. Please check the manual and required amps for the battery as a starting point. I went with a larger deep cycle marine battery, with 750 cranking amp capability. (You might try using one from a boat or car/truck before investing in a new battery) Also a word of caution: I read "never attempt to raise the jacks with "shore power" as you could burn out your transformer, because of the large amperage demand. Hope this helps, it worked for me.

Thanks Rooster, I have always had these jacks and have never had any problems with them untill now. They worked fine when I last dropped the camper but would not work this time so, I just reversed the plugs at each corner to get them to go down. I am thinking it is the mother board. Have yet to check them out but will get to them this weekend I hope.
Gary

I had the same type problem on my Host. Ended up purchasing a new remote and it was the problem.
I am guessing the circuit board in the remote goes bad after time. Remember, electrically, the remote gets the most use of the system.

Good luck
