So I have an 8 foot bed and a 2600 payload and I'm trying to find a cabover that isn't too heavy. I figure to be safe I don't want to go over 2000 pounds for the camper itself, because of all the other stuff that will have to be added. I was going to get a Camplite but apparently their web site lied about the weight and they weigh several hundred more pounds than the web site said they did. So I'm back to shopping again. I am NOT interested in overloading my truck. If nothing exists that will work, I'll make do with a camper shell and some camping equipment. But I'd much rather have a bed, stove, fridge, toilet and shower.
