Hello,
I've got an old Edison cab over truck box camper. It's been a number of years since it was last used and I'm hoping to bring it back into use this spring. I took a look today and there's not a single sign of a rodent in it. there might be one spot in the roof that's got some evidence of a past leak so I know I'll need to reseal the roof seams. (Advice on this would be appreciated as well.) My current concern is to do with the electrical, propane, and water tanks.

How do I test them/assess them and what should I be looking for? The camper has a propane stove top and I think the fridge might run off that as well? There's a sink which may or may not have a hot water tap. I think I've located the breaker box.

I can come back later with pictures if that would help. I'd like to use it over the summer with my bumper pull 2 horse trailer so I'm still trying to figure out how much truck I'll need to handle both. Right now its on the back of an old 1970(?) Chev that's dead in the water but at least I can tow the whole unit closer to the house to work on it once the snows gone.

If anyone has advice or recommendations it would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like a hand full! I always start with information plates. Make, model, manufacturer to research. Then find it best to start with necessary (roof, structure) and work it to completion. Then features and convenience items lastly luxury items. Come up with a plan / finish vision. Post pictures and specific questions for best response.
