Greetings, I am offering for sale our 2012 Lance 1191.
We took delivery in early 2013 and have used it VERY lightly. The shower has been used maybe 5 times. We have spent an average of 7 or 8 nights a year in it. Never smoked in, no pets. It is spotless inside. Outside there are the usual scratches and nicks but nothing substantial. And, it has been stored under roof the entire time. The only modifications I made is that I've added an inverter, volt meter and an XM antenna on the roof. I don't recall which all of the features were options and which were standard. The only major item it does not have is the generator. I put a 5 gallon gas tank in the generator bay and fed a Honda 2000EU with that. I carry it on a Chevy 3500 dually (2012) and installed the Tork Lift tie downs. If you happen to have the same truck we can talk about those.
I am asking $27,000 for this very lightly used camper, but I am open to reasonable offers. The reason we're selling is that we don't use it enough, and as you can see from my sig we also have a fifth wheel that we do use a lot.
