2020 gmc camper plug, Truck dosent see camper plug

Hi everyone
We have a 2020 GMC Denali 3500hd. I just bought a 2019 Adventeurer 80rb. Picked up camper to find truck doesn't see camper is plugged in on info screen. So no running lights on camper. Trouble shooting at home found camper plug not so good. Installed new plug checked with voltmeter all wires are good. Plugged in and truck still doesn't not see the camper Backed up to my boat trailer plugged it into truck and no problem, shows up and all lights work. The camper only has 3 wires, a positive black, ground white, and a green for running lights Tested legs back to battery all good There are no tail lights on camper Anyone one seen this before Am I missing something. |
