I took my TC off the truck today. Lowered, leveled with the cab over slightly raised. We're expecting high winds tonight, which is not uncommon. Should I be concerned as to a gust of wind blowing the TC over? I did a Google search and couldn't find an answer as to how much wind it would take.

I put saw horses under my tc. had 50 mph winds. no problems |

My Lance is sitting in the open lowered down (rear bumper off the ground a foot. Never moves. My other TC is in the garage so no wind issues. I'm in mid Michigan as well, well, SE Michigan.

We always lower our Northstar Adventurer as low as possible, seem some pretty nasty weather no problem, I am antsy when we load or unload when it is windy, but have had no problems.

Winds to 65 mph here today in SE lower Michigan and my Lance is sitting proud and not even wiggling. Power has been in and out (mostly out) all day.
Probably blowing the filth out of Detroit over to Windsor. |

Probably blowing the filth out of Detroit over to Windsor. I went out to the TC during the 65mph gusts, it was definitely wiggling, but that's it. Worst winds in decades around here. Lots of damage, power outing, etc. The TC held up fine. Thanks for all of your input. PS, it's going to take more than a strong wind to get the filth out of Detroit. |
