Just installed swing out brackets on my lance camper to accomodate new dually F350 pickup. Atwood electric jacks are being used & with the extra swing out distance I'm short on the wiring harness about 4-6 inches. Has anyone seen a longer pigtail upgrade for the jacks? or should I just do it myself rolleyes.gif

rolleyes.gif Well....Just answering my own question. There was enough coiled up wire inside the motor housing to just unclamp the housing connector undo a knot in the harness & feed out the extra wire. The extra length of wire had just enough shrink tube to leave me an extra 1" of wire to boot. Sometimes you have to look deeper before asking questions unsure.gif

I just bought an F-350 dually and I'm in the process of modifying my jacks so I can get the camper on the truck. Where did you get the swing outs? I saw them listed somewhere but they wanted like $300 for them. Seems a bit steep for a couple of gate hinges.

A set can be found at Atwood Swing-out Dually brackets. These are for Atwood jacks. What brand of jacks does your camper have?

My jacks are Atwoods. I can see by the picture they are more than just a couple of big 'gate hinges'

How much room do they give you? My jacks are currently 91" on the camper and the fenders on my truck are 96" so I need at least 6"
