regards kev
I found some info last night on the Arctic Fox Truck Camper Forum about a company called
Step-Up Manufacturing. They make steps that have a platform option at the door, so that there isn't a large gap between the last step and the camper floor. They also make a step that has the double bars for the longer steps and I'm guessing, heavier customers.
I sent them an E-mail asking about mounting (permanent or a bracket the steps fit into so that they can be easily removed), whether or not there is a large gap on the non-platform models, pricing and/or a dealer where I can buy these.
I'm sure that I won't hear back from them until Monday (If they are still in business) and will post any info I receive.
I'm going to attempt to attach a photo of the Brophy steps that I purchased and am sending back, showing my concern about safety. I could fabricate some sort of platform, but I shouldn't have to![attachmentid=65]
