My folks wanted to flat tow a new beetle when they were full timing it. They were told by VW that the new beetle couldn't be flat towed. Sorry, don't remember the exact reasons.

My '69 flat tows great though. biggrin.gif

Have you checked out Motorhome Magazine's Dinghy Towing Guides? There are several years on their website.

Assuming that you auto isn't on that list, then contact Remco Towing, www.remcotowing.com to see if there's some way of making it towable 4-down. You could, of course, put it on a dolly or a trailer, but towing it 4-down would simplify things immensely.
