I have an 8 foot Lance truck camper with Rieco Titan hydraulic jacks on it. The front jacks have started slipping through the clamps when I try to raise it. Any suggestions on how to solve my problem will be greatly appreciated. sad.gif

Try removing the clamps and adding a strip of rubber between the clamp and jack. This should make the clamp tighten up a bit.

I entered this question to see what response I would get. I also E-mailed the same question to Rieco Titan customer service. This is the respose I got. Place both sides of the clamp on the same side of the mounting bracket. I did and it worked if you are interested.

When I bought my camper, I noticed the seller had lost all the bolts that help lock the clamps from slipping. On each jack, one of the clamps is tapped for a bolt that will tighten in against the tube of the jack. None of these bolts were being used. You could tell by looking that the system was made to have these bolts. Check your clamps and see if they have one clamp drilled and tapped for a bolt to lock them in place.
