Newbie here, hubby snagged the roof at Sonic Restaurant....he THOUGHT he cleared it...was accurate except for 2" on the corner...the roof rail was hanging out of the corner of the canopy...looked like a witch flying by- jammed her broom up the corner of the canopy. Sonic didn't suffer too bad but the top of the lance is sad.
The solar panel, top vent of the fridge, the rail have all been relocated off the roof. The anchors for the rails just twisted out of the roof.
Yes, we had insurance (no we didn't think this error would happen) just bad judgement.
Do they replace the one piece roof? or patch it? Anyone here how this works? We go to the shop later in the week.
