Ok, I scored a killer deal on a 2001 Lance 835 and it's currently sitting on my short bed F250. The 835 was made for a long bed but is basically the same as the Lance 845 less the side skirts and storage in that area. I am going to build some skirts myself to add some ext storage in that area that is now just wasted space. Has anyone done this before? A quick search of this forum and others yeilded no results

I have not seen anything exactly like that but did see an article in TC Magazine (online) about removing the bed on your pick-up then mounting the TC and adding storage all along the unders. Perhaps you can check TCM archives, this may give you some ideas. It was not that long ago, maybe within the past 2 months.
