My Atwood electric jacks just quit working and I'm having trouble troubleshooting this one. Not sure where to look for the problem. Anyone have any thoughts about what I could do or where to start.
Thanks

I would start looking for a blown fuse. I don't know much about elec jacks as I have never had them but that is where I would stsrt looking for any elec probolem.

Thanks . Actually did that and no problem there . Thought maybe there was a re-set button (breaker) but couldn't find that either. So, thanks. I'll keep trying to figure it out.

Do all four jacks fail? If so its probably the main controller or the main power feed to the controller.
If one or a few jacks fail then it could be the motors or the wiring to the failed jacks. It could also still be the main controller.
If you have a voltmeter, look for power at the input to the controller. If there's nothing there check the wiring back to the battery feed.
If there is power at the input to the controller, look for power at the output to each jack right at the controller (right across both wires not to ground - you should see a positive or a negative voltage here depending on whether you're raising or lowering the jacks). If there's no power then suspect the controller.
Assuming you see power at the main controller on the failed jacks then check right at the motors, if there's power getting there then the motors have failed, if not its probably the wiring.
Checking for a blown fuse is a good start but fuses are put there to prevent fires when things go bad so you have to ask yourself, why did it fail in the first place? DO NOT put a larger fuse in than what is specified since the source problem has not gone away and putting in a larger fuse opens the doors up to potential fires.
I have a Happijac controller, it will time-out after a period of inactivity and I have to unplug the remote and plug it back in to restart the controller. Perhaps yours is doing something similar.
If you have a wireless remote then check/replace the batteries in the remote. You never know, it could be something that simple.
Hope this helps.
