I want to be able to load and unload my camper when its loaded with water in the fresh water tank (in the basement). Has anyone built a frame to support the basement? Ideas?

I was thinking of building an aluminum frame from 1x2 rectangle tubing then strapping it to the sides of the basement with some flat aluminum - bolting it to the camper frame. Of course the frame structure would go under the basement floor to support it. The issue I see is that the original supports under the water tanks is pretty light so too much weight and it will let go. But, I'm not sure where the strongest point to bolt to is or whether or not my plan holds any water (ha! punn intended).
