Hello People,

I own a 2006 Lance 881 Max and was on my first trip of the season. I was plugged in for two nights to a 30Amp service and everything seemed to be fine. Sunday came around and I notice my refrigerator kept blinking DC Lo. My battery was beyond dead and the 30Amp was not charging. I opened the inverter and noticed two 30amp fuses were blown (one was blown and the other was pretty much melted) and that is where I remain boggled. I took the trailer home and charged the battery overnight (it was a brand new battery last summer) and added two new 30Amp fuses, as the manual advises. I figure that the 30 Amp service was trying to charge a dead battery and over-heated the inverter. I ask if anyone has an idea of what could have happened. By the way, I did not charge the battery over the winter…
