Anybody came across a PopTop that has been converted to some sort of hard side?

I've never seen one. There are a couple companies that make hard walled slide-ins that are similar weight to a pop up (some Six-Pac and older adventurer's are about 1100 lbs dry).

havent seen one but i did take a hard sided pop up and convert it to a cargo trailer.

anything is possible.
