I just purchased my first truck camper, a 1999, Lance 2011. I purchased it from a man whose father passed away and he told me his father did use it in the winter, but I cannot find any info as to whether it has heated holding tanks. The manual said the heated tanks are an option and have covers over them. When I crawlled under the camper, I did not see the individual tanks but there was one large tank which was gray/black in color and seemed to be very thick. All of the heating ducts in this unit are solid plastic pipe so it was hard to tell if they were drain pipes or a heat pipe. There were two small wires going into the tanks but they could have been sensor wires for the tank gauges. I sent an e mail to Lance with the vin numbers to see if they can help but have had no reply. Does any one kow how to tell if they are heated?
