I have a 2001 Bigfoot motorhome that I just purchased last month. The first trip out and we had electric step issues. The step would not open, we could hear a relay or something clicking underneith the step, but could not get it to release ?? It worked fine when we got it. Now I neeed to know how and where to start to trouble shoot this problem. Can anyone shed a little light on this subject, Thanks mike

You'd probably get more answers if you posted your question on a site that dealt with motorhomes rather than this site that deals with slide-in truck campers.
