Hello,
I have ReicoTitan electric jacks on my Palomino SS1500 (2014). It was parked for about a month, plugged in.

I was going to take it off my truck, but couldn't get the jacks down; it just clicked, no power. I assumed that the battery had died, but it wouldn't pull a/c from the outlet to lower the jacks either.

The jack control will only light up when I pull out the batter disconnect knob. Then it just clicks- the relay in the box above the battery blinks and is the source of clicking.

I"m puzzled, and wondering why the camper won't use the a/c. I switched outlets etc; to no avail.

Any suggestions or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks a lot! blink.gif

With RT electric jaks YOU MUST HAVE A FULL CHARGED BATTERY IN THE CIRCUIT FOR THEM TO WORK, NI EXCEPTIONS

I have the same exact camper, same year, same jack setup. If the battery is out or low on charge, the jacks won't operate.

The jack brain cannot use AC. It has to have DC and the converter in your unit won't supply enough DC for the jacks to operate.

In fact, I might add, you'll burn up the converter or pop the fuses.
