Truck and Camper Setup: Looking to purchase first: 2012-2015 F350 Super Duty, XL, Crew Cab, 6.2L V8 gas, 4WD, DRW Lance 2008-2013 Model 995 or Model 1062 (or similar)

I'm soon to be a second-time truck camper owner, currently without truck or camper. I'll purchase in 60 days or so. I've been researching nationwide every day. I'm located in Pennsylvania.

I'll be first purchasing a truck, then the camper, and would like some matching advice.

I have my eye on a 2008-2013 Lance 995 or 1062 (or similar models). I'd like at least one slide out; possibly two slides ... if both slides are side slides.

I've budgeted roughly $30,000 for the truck and roughly $15,000 for the camper. I can flex a bit if spending more gets me exactly what I want, which is sure to happen.

I'm considering this truck for my needs:
2013 F-350 Super Duty XL Crew Cab, 4WD, 8ft bed, DRW, 6.2L V8 gas engine, 3.73 axle, tow package, 45,900 miles. Listed by dealer in Florida for $32,995. They offer 12 mos/12,000 miles bumper to bumper warranty, along with the remaining 14,000 miles on the Ford drivetrain warranty.

The negatives:
It's a clean CARFAX aside from one thing. It was used hard for 1.5 years in a rental / lease fleet and driven cross country many times, probably loaded/towing. 45,000 miles put on in its first 1.5 years. Sold at a Georgia Manheim auto auction for $27,000. Now sat on a dealer lot in Florida for a year with zero use. The Dealer spent $2,100 on new tires and bed liner, a minimal service, and some cosmetics. So the dealer has $29,000 into it and is asking $4,000 more in profit. I must fly from PA down to test drive it and put in an offer. The rental/lease company appears to be based in North Carolina and habitually uses new F350 gas duallys then sells then at GA auction after 1.5 years and 40,000 miles.

Positives:
still under all warranties for my first year of driving it. And this dealer is selling two of these 6.2L gas trucks with the same exact history, specs, and price, from the same original rental fleet, most likely. So I could choose the better and maybe negotiate the price down a bit. If they have been sitting on two identical trucks for a year, they might be motivated to sell, and maybe, maybe, would split that $4,000 profit margin in half.

Any thoughts from anyone that will sway me away from this purchase or endorse it? I'm interested on your thoughts on the matching, and the value vs price of the truck, which Blue Books for $31,534.

I cannot spend more than 50,000 for truck+camper, which is one of the reasons I'm seeking the 6.2L engine.

thank you. J
