I have a 2000 fleetwood caribou, the front cap (cabover area) is plastic and its cracked. I called fleetwood and they said that the cap is no longer available. How can this cap be replaced? Any ideas? I can't even figure out why it was made out of this sun-warped plastic crap in the first place.

When looking for ideas for a homebuilt I found that Rona and other bigbox hardware stores sold 4x8 sheets of plastic, lexan and fibreglass panels. I was looking at the fibreglass for my build. Thin, strong and repairable.
