Yes, there's a big Fall Colors Rally every year held up in Washington. Here's a truck camper events listings website that lists off when some of these events are held:

http://www.tcevents.org/calendar/events.php?mo=9&yr=2008

You can read about my experience on the Rally here.

The big fall colors rally was hosted this year by the Natcoa and Lance Owners of America clubs.

Hey Phil, I just bought a truck camper and I'm looking to attend a Rally, or start one if necessary out in SoCal. Have you had any luck finding any out here, and where are you located?

Hello all!

Taking the family to Oregon this June for a two week coastal trip. We are looking for places to camp near the coast that are not in campgrounds. We are from Colorado and are familiar with back country spots in Colorado, New Mexico, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona etc. where we can get some great camp spots with a little solitary space on Forest Service or BLM lands. Is this kind of camping available in Southern Oregon or Northern California?

Thank you for the tips.
