I saw a custom set-up on Facebook awhile back that showed a special flatbed designed for truck campers that had the side drop down so you could access un-used area under the camper. The Facebook post had the drop down being used as a table, bar area...it had some led lights...It was a sweet set-up. does anyone know what company offers such a set-up? I currently don't have a truck camper set up because I need the truck first. So when I get my truck, I want to go with the chassis cab set-up and get a custom bed made specifically for truck campers. but I loved this drop side version because it doesn't really take up any extra bed utility with the dedicated boxes that are typically found on a "utility style" bed. I want to also use my truck for hauling without the camper on it...a custom drop side set-up is perfect.
Any advice and guidance on this topic is awesome. Thanks. |

Was it the SherpTek flatbed? They're on FB. I'm in the same boat as you. Retiring in a few years, exploring the possibility of full-timing in a truck camper. What truck are you thinking?
